Publication about SPARK approach in Nature Biotechnology

Our colleagues at SPARK Stanford have published about the SPARK approach in the journal Nature Biotechnology. Congratulations to Kim, J.S., Kargotich, S., Lee, S.H. et al.

Professor Daria Mochly-Rosen the last author of the publication started the SPARK approach at Stanford University in 2006. The SPARK model was shared  with over 60 academic institutions on six continents. SPARK-BIH was the first European site and will celebtrate its 10 year anniversary in the upcoming year.

Over the past 18 years, SPARK at Stanford has a ~50% success rate: 51 startup companies founded, 28 licenses to existing companies and 21 investigator-initiated clinical trials.
